INC's Gasan flagship turns a large former industrial building into a spacious coffee destination. The long bar, brickwork and central courtyard give the visit architectural interest, but the menu also supplies a clear coffee theme: rum-barrel coffees alongside conventional espresso and single-origin drip choices. This is a good fit for someone who wants to compare an experimental drink with a familiar preparation. The bakery and extensive seating make it easier to spend time here than at a tiny espresso counter.
